If we notice anything that appears to be beyond the scope of our cosmetic service such as loose teeth, fractured teeth, swelling, bleeding, or anything else of concern we'll recommend that your pet be examined by a veterinarian.

No. Our service is limited to cleaning above the gum line. Cleaning below the gum line is a veterinary procedure and is outside the scope of cosmetic pet teeth cleaning.

Our mobile appointments are available throughout the GTA and surrounding areas. The price for a home visit is $289 + tax, which includes the cosmetic teeth cleaning service and dedicated time to ensure your pet has a calm and positive experience.

Because every pet's teeth are unique, we cannot guarantee specific cosmetic results. The amount of visible buildup, staining, tooth condition, and your pet's cooperation during the appointment all influence the outcome.

We understand that it can be difficult to step away from your pet, but we kindly ask owners not to remain directly beside their pet during the cleaning appointment.

In many cases, pets are more focused on returning to their owner when they are nearby, which can make it harder for them to relax and allow us to complete the process comfortably. With a little space and reassurance from our team, many pets settle in much better and become more comfortable throughout the appointment.

We allow pets to take part in building trust by introducing them to the tools first letting them sniff the toothbrush and instruments before we begin. This helps them become familiar with what is happening and feel more at ease.

To help reduce distractions and keep pets comfortable, we may gently limit visual stimulation, especially from our headlight, which can be bright and unfamiliar. Many pets become more relaxed when their environment feels calmer and less overwhelming.

We also always work using a buddy system. While one team member focuses on the cosmetic cleaning, the other provides gentle reassurance through calm touch, soothing interaction, and positive encouragement to help keep your pet relaxed and comfortable.
